Dr. Mickey Mondragon

Dr. Mickey Mondragon was proudly born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He holds both a B.S. in Nutrition from University of New Mexico and D.C. from Parker University in Dallas, Texas. He chose to enter the chiropractic profession because of the way his life was positively impacted through receiving regular chiropractic care.

Dr. Mondragon’s passion for chiropractic stems from his personal experience of healing. Without the guidance and care that he received from a chiropractor,  he may never have healed correctly and would not be living a wholesome life today. A devastating car accident left him with a broken arm, leg, and fractured neck. Like many of us, he was offered traditional medical treatments and physical therapy for his injuries, but was dissatisfied with the lack of progress. Instead, he sought the help of a chiropractor and followed a tailored personal care plan, which included receiving regular chiropractic adjustments.

With the help of that routine care he gained back complete function of his arm, leg, and neck, with full range of motion.

Chiropractic allowed him to not only get his life back but even improve it. For him, chiropractic is much more than the practice of alleviating pain. Chiropractic changes lives by bringing the body into alignment, which allows people to live the full life that they are meant to live. Chiropractic is much more intricate than people think, it goes well beyond the “snap” of the neck or “crack” of the back. A chiropractic adjustment to the spine improves signals to the areas of the brain that allow us to fully experience life.

Over the course of Dr. Mondragon’s career, he has cared for patients ranging from infants to seniors. He has successfully treated patients with: headaches, migraines, anxiety, neck pain, upper and lower back pain, sciatica, arthritis and more. When Dr. Mondragon is not working as a chiropractor, he enjoys: cooking, hiking, camping, and biking. He especially loves to spend time with his friends, family, and his dog, Craig.
